With each new client assigned their own “Insurance Team”, comprising of a departmental manager and either one or two assistants, we aim to provide each client with personalized service. The Management Team is easily accessible and happy to discuss any of your insurance needs on a personal basis.
Furthermore, we believe that one can only understand the risks a client is exposed to by entering into that environment. As a result, regular “site visits” are conducted to ensure that our clients have their risks well managed and that they are adequately covered. Advice rendering staff are required to meet the FAIS Fit and Proper requirements and we ensure that they do.
